Anubhavam Pudhumai!

Wish you all had a peaceful year 2012.
As the title suggests one thing that constantly keeps happening to all of us is the experience.
Experience is always new. Though it may sound a repeat, there are subtle changes that gives each one an unique tag.
I love old movies and music of tamil films. Very recently i did a revision of one movie "Kadhalika Neramillai". Simply a master piece of humor and a good story with a great music by MSV sir.
 Lyrics by Kavingar. Wow..
One of the songs is Anubhavam Pudhumai. I really love this song. Just i got a good interesting information that i would like to share with you. Well Sridhar ,the director of this movie when he described this song to MSV during song composition MSV suggested an another music.
Sridhar then played the song that he heard "Besame Mucho".
Besame Trivia: Its a spanish song composed around 1940. It means "Lot of Kisses"

If it is to be believed, MSV adapted this Besame Mucho to our own "Anubhavam Pudumai". Wow master i bow to thee. With a free flowing simple lyrics and a simple presentation of song.
Truely a master piece of long time.
I present to you both these . Enjoy.!!

Another version with slightly lengthy song !!

Bye bye 2012.

2013 Puthaandu nall Vazhthukal. Felice anno nuova .. Happy Pudhu Anubhavam to all of you.

ShabhaKhair!!

what an end?

Its end of year around the corner and its has been a year of experience for me with lot of learnings and few more in last few days left in this calender month.
Holy grail we passed the Mayan deadline and what not.. last but not the least bit of sorrow that god of cricket is retiring slowly .
I want to record a little story.
It was month of February, 1992 , two fifth standard kids were returning from their school, back to home, waiting for the local bus @ GH bus stop. They were deeply engrossed in some discussion. Probably visionaries they were i would say :) . Believe me .  They were discussing when Sachin would be retiring :) The hotly debated topic ended this way. With Shyam Kishore summing up the discussion. Sachin wins the world cup 2011 for India and he retires in the final . The former happened i was really happy, probably Shyam, who i suppose is in London would have felt so.

Well Sachin won this last year with a  host of young players who were mostly new borns when he weilded the bat first time. Well GOC is bidding now adieu slowly, its a sad day for the generation for two decades or more years. Blame it  the body not on you.. the sparkling sun.
Dont we know even great emperors retire to resting?

Secondly IPL has made the subcontinent no more an alien to the west. Thats why the australian and english teams fare better than normal these days, and it has opened up a pandoras box. Probably the greats are no more active , i think the taste of audience will change for better sport and leave cricket for good. Cricket has become a over used miltch cow in India specially, and it has lost its charm.

Master you were wonderful. It will be even unbelieveable for generations to come, to know that such a man played this sport. So graceful , so elegant, and so majestic . Its only you. Sachin , the truth that is always in. I dont mind joining in remembering you , though a bit late.
Well an after thought now... probably did Mayan mean this declaration from you as the end of their calender. If it is so, yes its true ,its a very sad prediction.
